Sometimes it’s a b*tch. Struggle is a part of being human, but we don’t have to face it alone. When the waves get rough, it’s essential to use the tools available to us. Energy work is one of those tools that is subtle, powerful, and transformative.
About Lisa
I discovered energy work in 2016 when my life fell apart. Over the next two years, I trained extensively, completing both the undergraduate and graduate programs at the Boulder Psychic Institute. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of completing thousands of readings and healings for hundreds of people, helping them navigate their own journeys.
My approach is trauma-informed and holistic. I honor both your spirit and your humanity — your nervous system, your brain, and your lived experience. These deeply human parts of ourselves are essential guides, however, energy work allows you to zoom out — to see the forest from the trees from the position of your higher self in Spirit. Your reactions, emotions, and patterns are signals, and I validate them while exploring their energetic roots.
Energy work is a powerful tool, but it’s just one part of a larger toolbox. My goal is to help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened to move forward with more clarity, choice, and ease. I empower my clients to use every tool available to them in their healing journey, helping them reclaim their energy, their awareness, and their lives.
My approach
Healing is a journey without a final destination. I believe that, as souls, we choose to incarnate on Earth to experience, learn, and grow through the lives we create.
Energy work brings us into present time — helping us see what’s unfolding right now and why. Life, like energy, is a complex, non-linear system. Just as the butterfly effect teaches us, small shifts can lead to powerful, unpredictable transformations over time.
I view energy as inherently neutral — neither good nor bad, simply what is. Through intuitive awareness, we can explore the energetic roots of our experiences and open communication with Source.
In this way, intuitive energy work becomes a mirror, reflecting what your soul is ready to see, release, and transform.

Start with a Reading. It's a great way to get a feel for the work, ask questions, and explore what's alive for you right now.

Not in the traditional sense. I don't specialize in communicating with deceased loved ones. My focus is on your energy — your patterns, blocks, and the path forward.

Energy readings show what's present and possible right now. Because we have free will, the future shifts as we do. What I can offer is clarity on where your energy is currently pointed — and what's available to you if you choose differently.

Energy work can be done entirely over the phone. In-person work may be done local to Northeast Ohio by special request, per my discretion.

A reading is an intuitive exploration of your energy in present time. I look at your chakra system to see what's alive, activated, or asking for attention. A reading can focus on a specific situation or relationship, offer a broader look at where you are as a whole, or even explore past lives — all through the lens of what the energy is showing right now and what it has to tell you.

A healing is a deep reset of your energy system. I work with your chakras to clear out what doesn't belong — foreign energy, old belief systems, pain, invalidation, and anything stuck in the past. I ground you, return your own energy back to you, and fill you in with light. The result is a system that feels more like you — clearer, lighter, and more present.
